Responsible People Foundation Cusco

Responsible People

The Responsible People was created to search, studying and improve the lives of the high Andean people. Help to reforestation of Peruvian cities and villages. Teach to communities save and cleaning of our rivers.

We have launched the "Responsible People Foundation" as we would like to better the lives of the Andean people. We believe that tourism can be the greatest means how to reach it. The principle of this project is that each time you participate, you contribute to various remote Andean villages, for instance, Cochayoc. Moreover, we multiply every your contribution giving our own money.

We would like to use the means to support new social projects, schools, children and single mothers to help them to improve the quality of their lives.

Building Brighter Future

The "Responsible People" is a registered charity helping Andean families in need.

As positive experience during childhood and adolescence in families can be a key for children´s future, we would like to break the circle of hardship. For that reason, we have decided to build bridges between people willing to help and those in need.

Along with our donators, volunteers and community partners, we find opportunities in difficult times helping those children to rise, explore and release their potential. In order to build brighter future for them, we have developed 4 programs:

Adopt a Community
Adopt a Family
Adopt a Child
Adopt a School

We believe that giving a chance brightens up any misfortune!

Social Enterprise in Tourism

We make use of tourism to create our projects located in highland Andean villages, to make a new social impact as well as to teach those villages about an environmental protection and reforestation.

However, the Peru’s biggest and most varied industry – tourism, may represent an effective tool to solve the issues in the same time. In planning and responsible management, tourism may be a means for sustainable development for numerous Peruvian villages and Andean communities.
