Women in Peru are courageous, hard-working, and represent important emotional and economic support for their families despite they represent a minority in both numbers and legal rights. The patriarchal culture is still noticeable and they still receive less pay than men, and have fewer opportunities of employment. Responsible people aim to support country families such as our porters, cooks, etc, and now we want to support women drivers who have been increasing in numbers as well as in other professions and kinds of jobs women have been learning to do new jobs and competing with men with the same efficiency or more, but still peruvian women do not have the same opportunities as men. We now find women drivers in different cities in Peru, and in the case of the city of Cusco, we have been using them to transfer our customers from airport to hotel, hotel to different attractions, pickup from train stations or transfer to them, etc. They have proved to be as hard-working, punctual and efficient and we are very happy to support them by providing them this job opportunity.
We Responsible people make sure you will spend brilliant moments during your trip in Peru and then we would like you to send us your review about your experience with us so we will get more customers using our services and therefore we will keep supporting women drivers
